Every holiday we go to my in-laws for the big turkey dinner. They raise there own turkeys and there is nothing like a farmed raised turkeys. And this Easter I somehow got loaded up with a ton of leftover, including the turkey bones. So I did boil that down already and made broth and I will be stripping all the meat from the bone but that is for later. Today I made this fun casserole, which was inspired by a shepherds pie.
